Whole Grain Gluten Free Oats

Chia Seeds

Despite their small size, chia seeds are one of the most nutritious dense foods. They’re loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients. Great news for those who don’t consume dairy - gram for gram, the calcium content in chia seeds is higher than most dairy products. As a result, chia seeds may be considered an excellent source of calcium for people who don't eat dairy.

Maca Powder

Maca is a root from Peru that is nutrient packed! Maca is a complete protein and also contains an abundance of calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium, sulfur, potassium and phosphorous. This superfood is an adaptogen meaning it normalizes the body and keeps things in control. Adaptogens allow the body to better respond to internal and external environmental factors such as anxiety and injuries. Maca is well known for its ability to regulate hormones it encourages the body to produce or decrease its own hormones by nourishing the master glands of the body (hypothalamus and pituitary).

My Favourite Oats

These oats are my FAVOURITE! I highly recommend them. Super fresh fruit too - I was nervous to see raspberries in them as I don't like sour raspberries, but I have yet to come across a sour one in the 10+ cups I've gotten!

I want to love pomegranates...

...but I don't. I need to accept this. Sigh.

Sweet but delish

I accidentally thought it was a smoothie and blended it and it was delicious... slightly grainy but delish

so freaking delicious but the carbs...!!!!

this is the most delicious oatmeal , especially love the orange and the crunch of the pomegranate seeds. Only drawback is that it pretty high in calories and carbohydrates for me so I really can't eat it all. My 12 year old son loves it though and he needs extra of both.

Tips:
I add maybe 1/4 cup skim milk and a small sprinkle of brown sugar on top and heat for about 3 min. Have never tried them over night.

The best one

By far the best tasting of the oatmeals! Very sweet and tangy taste, lots of fruit, and good protein.

Tips:
takes a while to heat up right away in the microwave from frozen

It's okay

Great taste overall but the pomegranate seeds are not really fun to deal with.

Delicious!

I loved this bowl. The texture of the pomegranate seeds was a little weird (especially when I made it hot), but it was doable and really tasty!

Packed with fruit!

Super delicious, lots of fruit. The orange peel is a really powerful flavour. Could use some more oats!

Tips:
I would use less liquid than what the cup suggests as the fruit really provides too much and my oats were swimming!
