– Choose a weekly/monthly subscription – You can select 9, 12, or 24 cups for the weekly plan OR 12, 24 cups for the monthly plan.
– Build your box – This is the fun part! Select the superfood eats you like and simply add them to your box.
– Pick your delivery day – select the day you want your order and checkout.
Once you’ve subscribed, you have access to a calendar where you can skip or as long as it is before your scheduled billing date (this is detailed on your account page). Modifications to your plan cannot be made once an order has been billed.
We do not issue any refunds on processing orders that have been billed. It is important to keep track of when your next order will be billed to avoid any surprise charges.
– Once a charge has gone through, we cannot issue any refunds.
– We do not issue refunds based on taste preference.
– Rejecting a package from a shipping courier does not warrant a refund.

Absolutely! You can change your cup selections between orders to try different flavours and products. To change your cups, click Account > Cups List > Edit Cups on the left hand side. You can select any flavours you like! To ensure the changes are reflected on your upcoming order, please make the changes prior to your scheduled billing date.
To ensure our customers receive the highest quality products, we produce fresh new cups every week. In order to fulfill orders in a timely manner, customers are required to modify/cancel their upcoming orders prior to the scheduled billing date. You can track all upcoming billing dates under your Account.
You can choose to have your box delivered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays based on your postal/zip code. No signature needed. No matter what your schedule looks like on the day of delivery, your package will be left at your door and remain frozen.
Nope! Our packages are packed with enough dry ice to remain frozen for several hours after delivery. You do not need to be home to accept the package. Signature is not required. We advise placing the cups in the freezer as soon as possible.
Please include any/all shipping instructions at checkout in the ‘Additional Notes’ field. These instructions can include apartment number, buzz number, and specific delivery location. If instructions are not provided, our courier will leave the package in the safest place they find at their discretion. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as long as delivery is confirmed via shipping company.
We’ve carefully designed our packaging to ensure that your cups stay frozen from the minute they leave our facility to the moment you can put them in your freezer. Our high-quality insulated bags and dry ice work in unison to keep your superfood eats ice-cold, all day.

We make sure that the dry ice that comes with your order is wrapped and separated from your cups. For your safety, do not touch the dry ice. Keep the dry ice inside the opened box in a well ventilated area. The dry ice will evaporate on its own within 24 hours of delivery.
Be sure to keep the dry ice out of reach of children and pets. Never touch unwrapped ice with bare hands or let it come in contact with your skin.
At the moment, we are not certified Kosher however we are working towards it.

No, shipping is 100% on us!
Due to the frozen nature of our product and in compliance with Food Health and Safety Regulations, we cannot accept any returned products once they have shipped out of our facilities. We do not offer pickups for rejected packages.
We are proud to say our cardboard box and dry ice liner are 100% recyclable. However, our cups and lids are generally also curb-side recyclable. Please confirm with your state/municipality’s recycling program to verify.
For your first order, you will get charged upon creating your subscription and will subsequently be billed on the Thursday (1 week) prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Customers can skip upcoming delivery dates that have not yet been billed by using the interactive calendar tool on their accounts. In order to access the calendar, please go to Account and then click Upcoming Deliveries.
To skip an upcoming delivery date, simply click on the bolded yellow date to do so. You will know you have successfully skipped an upcoming delivery date once there is a red line going through the date.
You can skip 2 orders in advance. Skipping upcoming delivery dates does not put your account on hold or cancel it. In order to pause or cancel your account please call our customer care team at 1-855-556-9586 (within U.S) or +1 437 886 8811 (within Canada). Customers cannot skip the delivery date of an order that is already processing.
Our SuperRewards program is designed to reward you with points redeemable as cash towards your next box for your engagement with Revive Superfoods! You can earn points for sharing on social, leaving us a review, and referring friends and family.
Our Referral Program allows you to share your unique code offering a 50% discount to friends and family on their first box. When someone uses your unique code, you earn $30! There are no limits to how much you can share and earn through your code.
You can find your unique referral code on your account by clicking the ‘Refer & Earn’ page or by heading over to the ‘Point Tracker’ section under ‘My Plan’ and clicking the ‘Refer a Friend’ button.
To checkout using a promo code, enter the code at checkout under ‘Order Summary’. Please note, only one promo code can be used per order.
When your package ships out, you should receive an email notifying you that your order is on the way along with your tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Our ingredients are sourced from high quality farms and frozen at peak harvest to lock in all the nutrients and benefits. In order to maximize freshness, we recommend consuming all cups within 2 months of delivery. Our products are still safe to consume after 2 months but are more susceptible to freezer burn.

Each cup is 1 serving and holds approximately 17 ounces which is equivalent to a medium sized coffee cup.
All our cups contain farm-frozen whole ingredients that are 100% dairy free.
First orders cannot be modified or changed as they are processed immediately after they are placed.
We source our ingredients from local and partner farmers to ensure the best quality and taste. While not all our ingredients are organic, some are. Ingredients that are organic will have an asterisk next to them for each product.
You can earn 15 points ($1.50) for sharing on the social media platforms provided through your account only. Go to ‘My Plan’ > ‘Points Tracker’ > ‘Submit a Post’.
You can earn 15 points ($1.50) for leaving a review of all your items in your first order. You can also earn an additional 15 points ($1.50) for leaving us a review online through your Account only. Go to ‘My Plan’ > ‘Points Tracker’ > ‘Leave a Review’
Your points will not expire as long as your account is not paused/canceled. If your account is paused/canceled, your points/cash will expire within 45 days from the date you paused/canceled. To reactivate your account and reinstate your points/cash, log into your account and click ‘My Plan’ > ‘Reactivate Subscription’. Please note, your account must be reactivated before the 45-day mark.
