Frozen is the new fresh!
Contrary to popular belief, research shows that most fruits and vegetables retain as much as, or many times MORE nutrients and antioxidants when they’re frozen because the freezing process naturally preserves them from degradation. This is likely because produce can lose nutritional value the longer it sits out past its harvest date due to enzymatic activity and oxidation.
All our products are plant-based, gluten free, preservative free with no added sugar!
All our ingredients are sourced from the best farms and flash frozen at the source. We strive to keep all our ingredients clean and while not all our ingredients are organic, some are.
The ingredients and nutritional values of each individual product can be found by clicking the ‘details’ button of the product. There you will also find the ingredients list, description, and key benefits as well.
Unfortunately, our kitchen handles nuts and other common allergens. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of nuts in our products, even in those that may not directly contain them.

- Choose your plan – You can choose to receive 9, 12, or 24 cups each week. If you prefer a monthly subscription you can select the 12 or 24 cup plan instead.
- Build Your Box – This is the fun part! Select the superfood eats that speak to you and add them to your order.
- Checkout and wait for your delivery – We’ll deliver your order (for free!) on the day of the week specified at checkout. Once you receive your products, freeze and enjoy when you want them!
Once you have subscribed, you have access to a calendar where you can manually skip or add any delivery date as long as it is before your scheduled billing date (this is detailed on your account page). You can change up your smoothie selections, skip a shipment, or make adjustments to your plan up until this deadline, at which point you’ll be charged for your order for the week. Modifications cannot be made once an order has been processed.
Refunds are not issued for orders that have processed legitimately through your subscription. It is important you check your account to keep track of when your next order will be processed to avoid surprise charges. We can’t modify or make changes to orders that have passed the billing date. We do not issue refunds if you were not satisfied with the taste of the product. We do not pick up delivered product either.
If you received your package in less than adequate condition, please email [email protected] with photos and details of how you received your order and we’ll reship a fresh new box to you, free of charge.
The skip feature allows you to manually skip or add delivery dates before your scheduled delivery. This can only be done BEFORE your scheduled billing date.
Whether you’re going on vacation or living out of the office, we understand that everyone needs a little break from time to time. To put your plan on pause, please head on over to your account then go to Manage Plan > Plan Status > Pause Subscription. You can repeat this process to cancel your subscription (though we hope you won’t!). We will not send a delivery or bill you for your subscription during the time that you’ve put your plan on hold. The account will remain on hold indefinitely until you decide to come back.
You can change your cup selections between orders to try different recipes and new products. Head to ‘Account’, select ‘Cups List’ from the menu on the left-hand side and click ‘Edit Cups’. Make sure to do this before your next scheduled billing day!
Since we plan each delivery in advance, we ask that you make changes to your delivery prior to your scheduled billing date (Thursdays) at 6 PM EST. You can change your smoothie choices, skip a shipment, or make changes to your plan up until this point.
You can choose to have your smoothies delivered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays based on your postal/zip code. No signature needed. No matter what your schedule looks like on the day of delivery, your package will be left at your door and remain frozen.
We ship to all of Canada and USA (with some exceptions to a few postal/zip codes)
Nope! If you won’t be home to receive your order, don’t fret. Your cups will be packaged with enough dry ice to keep them frozen for several hours after delivery. We do advise placing them in freezer as soon as possible however. The sooner the better!
If instructions are not provided, our delivery person will leave the package in the safest place they find at their discretion. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as long as delivery is confirmed via tracking number.
We’ve carefully designed our packages to ensure that your cups stay frozen from the minute they leave our kitchen to the moment you can put them in your freezer. Our high-quality insulated bags and dry ice work in unison to keep your superfood eats ice-cold, all day. Oh, and by the way, our insulation is recyclable too! Score!
We make sure that the dry ice that comes with your order is wrapped and separated from your smoothies and labelled accordingly. For your safety, avoid removing the dry ice from the silver insulated bag. We recommend placing the bag (with the dry ice left inside) in a well-ventilated space until the ice has completely dissolved.
Be sure to keep your dry ice out of reach of children and pets. Never touch unwrapped ice with bare hands or let it come in contact with skin.
Redeeming your free cups is done so automatically. The cups work as a credit towards your next order. If you had 3 free cups, you wouldn’t pay for 3 of them. To see how many free cups you have, log into your account and click “Get Free Cups”
