1. Fill & soak Fill your oats cup ¾ of the way to the top with your liquid of choice. Give your delicious oats a stir and pop the lid back on before placing in the fridge to soak overnight.

2. Stir & enjoy Take your overnight oats out of the fridge, give everything a stir and enjoy cold!
HOW TO HEAT

1. Fill Pick your preferred liquid and add 250 mL (1 cup) of this liquid to your cup.

2. Heat Pour contents in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 3-6 minutes & stir halfway or heat for 3-6 minutes over a stovetop & stir halfway throughout.

Decent and refreshing
I expected a little more pineapple AND coconut flavor from this smoothie, so it left me desiring. However, I used unsweetened vanilla oat milk. The next go around, I hope to use a little pineapple juice and coconut milk instead. I'm guessing that will help. It was still good, just not one of my favorites like I would've expected it to be!

The sweet and spiciness made a delicious combination.
I am fasting during the day, but I make sure to eat breakfast to reduce hunger for the rest of the day. I can say that I wasn't hunger the whole day.

Generous portion of pineapple.
I should have made this as overnight oats, as I now realize I do not like warm pineapple. Thie taste was on point and it was super filling. They give you large pieces of pineapple
