Its Super Spicy

Love, love authentic Tortilla soup ~ I find this super spicy. Adding avocado would help to cool it down a bit, as well you could improve the fibre by adding spinach.

Tips:
Be ready to top it up with something to "cool" the spice ~ sour cream, cheese, etc. I also double the liquid in hopes of making it less spicy. It's perfect for a rainy day!

Flavor!

This soup is packed with veggies so it is super filling. It does have quite the kick but such flavor! This has been super convenient to pack for work and quickly heat up as I am a hairstylist and don’t always have time for lunch.

Tips:
I used reduced sodium chicken broth and it was perfect.

My absolute favorite

This is so spicy but so so good. I'm not typically a fan of spicy foods but there is something about this that makes me want to eat it every day.

Tips:
I use 1.5 cups vegetable broth instead of the recommended 1 cup and add extra tortilla chips to make it more filling

Surprising kick!

This soup has a surprising kick of spiciness, which I LOVED! Such good flavors and food integrity of the ingredients sets this apart from traditional pre-made soups.

Tips:
I used beef broth for a richer soup with a great result.

Yum!

This is a yummy tortilla soup! It’s not super filling on its own, so I add some stuff.

Tips:
I like to add cheese, chicken broth, and sometimes shredded chicken
