Basically jalapenos with a twist. Guajillo peppers are smoked jalapenos that have been left on the plant to turn a vibrant red. They contain compounds that promote heart health and immunity.

Tomatoes
A versatile little fruit (yes fruit) that is bursting with nutrients like Vitamin C and potassium. Tomatoes also have a powerful antioxidant called lycopene that give them there bright red colour.

Spinach

I absolutely love soup. I was pleasantly surprised with the nice kick this one had. I enjoy a nice spicy broth and this soup is one of my faves! very tasty and not bland at all.
Tips:
I added chicken broth and microwaved for 5 minutes. perfect.

Deliciously spicy
The herbs in this soup blend so well, that, as I was eating it as soup with melted mozzarella, I thought of all the recipes I could blend this into. For example, taco salads, enchiladas, ect. The ideas are endless. It will sure to be a favorite on my list to send every month.

Was not expecting that !
Very good but did not expect it to be this spicy. I like spicy food, but not in soup. I can't handle spicy and hot at the same time...
Tips:
I will buy it again but will add sour cream too temper the heat of the spice
