Super tasty

This tastes great! If you're a big eggplant fan, you might be a little disappointed (I think I found 2 tiny cubes in my whole cup), but the flavor is good overall.

Tips:
I added a handful or 2 or raw spinach to the pan while cooking as well as some chicken.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was so amazing! I am a very pocket eater and was worried this would be too adventurous for me but the flavor is so amazing! I absolutely adore this super meal!

Tips:
I added steak strips to it for a larger meal and it was beyond amazing!
