SUPERFOOD HIGHLIGHTS

Honest and simple ingredients that nourish you from the inside out
Hemp Heart Seeds

Hemp Heart Seeds

Hemp hearts are rich in protein and have all 9 essential amino acids. They also contain omega-3, omega-6, stearidonic acid (SDA), and the rare omega-6 Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). What’s so great about GLA? Well, GLA has been shown to help with cholesterol, inflammation, skin and hair health, balancing hormones, and general heart health.

Oats

Oats

Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fibre, and antioxidants. Oats are high in the soluble fibre, which offer numerous health benefits.

Chia Seeds

Chia Seeds

Despite their small size, chia seeds are one of the most nutritious dense foods. They’re loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients. Great news for those who don’t consume dairy - gram for gram, the calcium content in chia seeds is higher than most dairy products.

Raspberries

Raspberries

A major source of fiber, vitamin C, and manganese, raspberries keep you feeling full longer, help with iron absorption, and support your overall bone health.

Interesting

I like these. I don’t love them. They’re pretty tasty but not something I see adding to my regular order. Worth trying still!

So yummy!

We love the oat bites at our house. They definitely come out best when baked in the toaster oven with a nice, crunchy outside & ooey gooey on the inside. If you heat them in the microwave, they come out kind of mushy & nowhere near as good!

Tips:
We love dipping these in vanilla bean yogurt!

A fun try! But I don’t like that they have sugar added.

Great little pops

These were nice and gooey out of the microwave. I liked the texture, and they had a nice raspberry filling.

Tips:
I only needed to heat them for 60 seconds in the microwave

Good Kids Snack

Made these for my son as an after school snack and he loved them.

Tips:
Baked in the oven gave them a nice crispy shell.

Quick fuel for the morning, but I wouldn't get again. The oats are a bit bland and the raspberry filling was too sweet. Definitely like the smoothies more. Feel free to use my 50% referral: https://revivesuperfoods.com/ref/79643/

Do not microwave!

Wow, they’re great in the oven. Terrible in the microwave. Really, don’t microwave them. In the oven, they’re amazing!

Tips:
No microwave!
