INGREDIENTS
SUPERFOOD HIGHLIGHTS

Hemp Heart Seeds
Hemp hearts are rich in protein and have all 9 essential amino acids. They also contain omega-3, omega-6, stearidonic acid (SDA), and the rare omega-6 Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). What’s so great about GLA? Well, GLA has been shown to help with cholesterol, inflammation, skin and hair health, balancing hormones, and general heart health.

Oats
Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fibre, and antioxidants. Oats are high in the soluble fibre, which offer numerous health benefits.

Chia Seeds
Despite their small size, chia seeds are one of the most nutritious dense foods. They’re loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients. Great news for those who don’t consume dairy - gram for gram, the calcium content in chia seeds is higher than most dairy products.

Blueberries
Bluebs for the win! One of the most nutrient-dense berries around. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and plant compounds that support heart health and brain function.

Good breakfast
Great taste bit too long to heat up , It's not for a quick fix. You have to have time too spare in the mornig... Microwave is not the solution with these...

Kids liked them
Our kids liked these for an after school snack, but not enough for me to order more.
Tips:
baked in the over to crisp them and served with whip cream.

Very interesting...
I was really looking forward to trying these new energy balls, and I wasn't disappointed. They're basically oat balls filled with with a delicate blueberry puree; I say delicate because the flavour is definitely there, but it doesn't overpower the bite like similar products can do. Big ++ for not being too sweet.
Tips:
In the future, I think I'll heat these up in the oven. Microwaving them produced a very soft ball. The bite would certainly be better with a bit of crisp...

These were so simple to prep and they tasted amazing! And they also were so filling for their size, I didn't expect that and I was impressed to say the least
